Report: Demi Moore left rehab and enjoying vacation at an undisclosed location

Demi Moore has reportedly left rehab six weeks after she underwent severe personal issues such as suffering seizure-like symptoms after smoking something that we are still not officially looped in on.

Moore, who was supposed to be working on the biopic Lovelace, but was forced to drop out due to her personal issues, is reported to have left Utah's Cirque Lodge and is now on vacation.

E! Online reports that a source said of the actress, "She's in no rush to get back to L.A.," adding,"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people."

Moore was hospitalized briefly after the January 23 episode at her home, in which a friend’s urgent 911 call was leaked due to their concern for the Ghost star.

“She’s been having some issues lately with some other stuff, but I don’t know what she’s been taking,” said the friend.

The New York Daily News reports that Moore’s publicist wouldn’t comment on questions about being on vacation and out of rehab.

The Daily News does point out, however, that Moore could be at her ex-husband Bruce Willis’ home in Turks and Caicos, where she spent Christmas.

Moore has been on a downward decline since the collapse of her six-year marriage to Two and a Half Men star Ashton Kutcher.
