It's been reported that Khloe Kardashian Odom’s spin-off reality show with her husband, NBA star Lamar Odom, might end so that Lamar can focus on his basketball career. However, a rep for Khloe is denying the cancellation.
The original TMZ report stated that E! is pulling the plug on the Keeping Up with the Kardashians spin-off show after only two seasons.
The report stated that after recently parting ways with the Dallas Mavericks after a career low season, Lamar is making basketball his priority and is cutting out the distractions of a reality show in hopes of getting traded at the end of the season.
However, Khloe’s rep told Entertainment Weekly in an e-mail, “The show has NOT been cancelled.”
“It will depend on their schedules as Lamar’s basketball schedule is a priority,” the rep added.
Meanwhile, the Kardashian family is not going away any time soon, as they have signed a $40 million deal with E! to keep their reality show going for another three seasons.
The sixth season of the popular reality series averages 3 million viewers.
Access Hollywood reports that the seventh season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians begins on May 20.
