Kris Humphries wants to find out what happened to a $325,000 wedding gift that he and Kim Kardashian received for their 72-day marriage.

Kim recently made headlines for donating twice the value of her wedding gifts, $200,000, to the Dream Foundation instead of returning the presents, and Humphries wants to know why a certain expensive gift was not factored into the donation.

According to RadarOnline, a wealthy Malaysian businessman gave the former couple this extravagant gift while attending their wedding last summer, and Team Humphries plans to find out in trial what became of this asset.

A source close to the former couple spoke with RadarOnline exclusively about the idea of a divorce trial for Humphries and Kardashian, something the reality star turned mogul has apparently been trying to avoid.

"Kris wants a divorce trial so that the truth can finally come out — amongst other matters, he wants to know about a $325k wedding gift that the couple got from a very wealthy Malaysian businessman that attended the wedding," the source explained.

"Kris was at Kim's house when the very gift was delivered -- it was given to both of them but Kim has kept sole ownership of the gift and has used it extensively. She will be asked about it, under oath, on the stand at the trial. The total of their wedding gifts, not including the $325k luxury item, was around $400k, and not the $100k value that Kim has publicly stated. When you include the $325k gift, they actually got over $700k in total in wedding presents, so Kim should have donated a lot more to charity that the $200k she claims she has."

The source further revealed that Kim denies they received such a gift, and that Humphries’ camp will be putting the gift-giving Malaysian businessman on the stand to testify otherwise.

A source close to Humphries told TMZ that although he is happy to see a donation made to charity, he also believes that in addition to the donation, the gifts should still be returned to their givers since they "were duped into spending their hard-earned cash" because Kardashian "never intended to give their marriage a real chance."

Stay posted to find out what became of the missing $325,000 gift—and what it even is!
