The custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster for their children is getting heated, as Usher testified in court that Foster actually spit on his current girlfriend and she alleges that he is an absentee father.
While in a courtroom in Atlanta, Usher took the stand and described the incident between Foster, 40, and his girlfriend Grace Miguel.
According to TMZ, Usher said when he showed up Foster’s home to drop off one of their two young sons, he had Miguel with him, which set off his ex-wife.
He said Foster walked over to his car, which Miguel was in, and said “I'm gonna kick you’re a**. B**** get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?"
"She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her,” he went on to testify.
He continued that when he got out of the car to calm her down she hit him. Sge then "threw a plate of food at the car” as he drove off.
According to ABC News, Usher and Foster were married for two years after tying the knot in 2007. Usher wants visitation rights for their sons, but Foster wants full custody of them.
For her part, Foster accuses her ex as being more concerned with going on tour than raising their kids. “If he’s gone for months at a time and comes back traipsing in with his girlfriend, it was embarrassing,” she said in court.
