On Friday, there were reports that a man was arrested outside of actress Mila Kunis’ Beverly Hills gym for getting too close to her. Now, it is being reported that the man has been stalking the Friends With Benefits star for months.
The Daily Fill reported on Friday that a man, who police say looked like he was in his 30s and was possibly homeless, accosted Kunis as she was leaving her gym. “The call for service came out because the individual is affiliated with a stalking investigation,” a representative for the Los Angeles Police Department told the site. “Sounds as if there has been some prior contact with this person.”
Kunis ran to her Range Rover, waiting for police to apprehend the suspect. She came out of her car to identify him. The police also took statements from the people with Kunis.
A source for E! News confirms that it was speculated that he was connected to a prior stalking report that Kunis filed.
On Monday, TMZ identified the man as Stuart Dunn, who had been arrested in January for breaking into Kunis’ home. He plead no contest and was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to stay away from Kunis for three years. Friday was actually the third day in a row that Dunn waited for Kunis at the gym.
TMZ reports that Dunn could face jail time and is currently being evaluated at a mental institution. However, Kunis is still reportedly nervous about the situation. One of her assistants had actually filed a police report the night before Friday’s incident.
Kunis' representatives have yet to issue a statement on the incident.
