Pearl Jam will play at Jay Z’s Made in America festival in September.
The announcement was made Monday on Pearl Jam’s official website.
The festival will be held in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on September 1 and 2, the Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day weekend.
Billboard reports that Pearl Jam will headline one of the two days. Jay Z will headline and curate the overall event.
Rolling Stone reports that the event is one of only three scheduled Pearl Jam concerts in the U.S. this year. All three concerts are in September.
Pearl Jam is also scheduled to briefly tour Europe over the summer.
Philly.com reports that R&B artist D’Angelo, and rock bands Passion Pit and Dirty Projectors are confirmed to perform.
Janelle Monae, who can be heard on Fun’s number-one hit, “We Are Young,” will also perform.
Drake and Beyonce have been rumored but not confirmed.
The lineup is expected to reach 28 acts.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday at 10 a.m. EDT.
