A child singing an anti-gay song in church has gone viral on the web.
The toddler sings "I know the Bible’s right, somebody’s wrong...ain't no homos gonna make it to heaven," which he received thunderous applause from the audience for.
According to The Huffington Post, the church is indentified as the Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church in Greensburg, Indiana.
The video has garnered a strong response from the LGBT community, many of which have posted the video and offered their own reply.
"In this country, Christians can teach toddlers to hate and to persecute, and we, through the automatic tax exemption for churches, foot the bill,” writes author Anne Rice on her Facebook page.
The church’s website shows that the pastor Rev. Jeff Sangl, is the same man up on the stage with the toddler in the video. The description of Sangl reads, “Pastor Sangl answered the call of God to start a new work in Greensburg in May of 1997.”
TMZ posted Romans 1:26-27, which includes preaching such as “Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error."
