Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook reach child support settlement but they continue to disagree over its terms

By Gina DiFalco,

After years of battling in the public eye, exes Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook have reached a settlement when it comes to their kids Jack, 17, and Sailor, 13 and the child support agreement.

The two parties seem to be disagreeing on the terms of the settlement, however, as Cook’s attorney says that a coordinator has been put in place but Brinkley’s legal team begs to differ.

E! Online reports that while Cook says a "parenting coordinator" was involved in the settlement, the supermodel’s attorney says those claims are "completely untrue."

“There was never an appointment of a 'parent coordinator' as Mr. Cook claims, and there was absolutely no compensation paid to Mr. Cook. In addition, Mr. Cook was forced to pay his child support arrears rather than face the consequences of the Court,” reads a statement from Brinkley’s Facebook page.

Meanwhile, Cook’s new wife, Suzanne Shaw, is reportedly also now feuding with Brinkley.

“When you find out he’s been cheating on you, I’ll be here for you,” Brinkley told Shaw in court, The New York Post reports. To which Shaw replied, “Come up with a new line.”
