'Kick-Ass' star Aaron Johnson marries director Sam Taylor-Wood

Actor Aaron Johnson, star of the hit movie Kick-Ass, has married director Sam Taylor-Wood. Despite a large age difference (he’s 22, she’s 45), the two have been dating since 2009. The couple has two children together, Wylda Rae, born in 2010, and Romy Hero, born in January 2012.

Johnson has expressed how grateful he feels to have a family. “For some having a family at my age is young. But it is something I am ready for and a family to me means a lot more than a career. Work should be around your life and not the other way around. Hopefully I can keep working and be in a comfortable position but you need a family to be your anchor and rock, something that keeps you grounded."

According to E!Online, Johnson and Taylor-Wood met back on the set of Nowhere Boy, a movie Taylor-Wood directed about John Lennon’s early years. Johnson was cast as John Lennon.

Taylor-Wood has two other children from her previous marriage to art gallery owner art dealer, Jay Jopling.

Johnson will be starring in Anna Karenina, opposite Keira Knightley. Anna Karenina is set to be released November 9 of this year.
