Did you catch the season 2 premiere of Suits last week? If so then you know things got even more complicated this season.
I recently made an exciting trip to Toronto to visit the set of USA’s hit show at Downsview Park Studios.
Here are some fun facts that I learned about the show and upcoming season:
10- Most of the awesome photography hung up in paralegal Rachel's office are the real life work of Patrick J Adams. He is apparently a man of many talents.

9- The suits that Gabriel Macht wears are Tom Ford. It's no wonder he always looks so stylish. We will also get another opportunity this season to see Gabriel Macht in king of all suits, the tuxedo, in an upcoming episode in Atlantic City

8- A court room set was recently built for the show. Previously, they filmed in actual court rooms in Canada carrying around a big ol’ seal of NY State.
7- We will get to see more of actor Max Topplin this season. His character, associate Harold, will be featured more often. This means there will be funny hijinks at his poor expense imposed by Louis Litt. Rumor has it one will involve cats.
6- Gabriel Macht and Sarah Rafferty, who plays Donna, are bff’s in real life. They find it difficult to film together as they are always laughing. This would also make it really awkward for them personally if their characters ever got romantically involved
5- There will be an episode with flashbacks. This was confirmed by executive producer Gene Klein. It was still being written at the time but we were informed that “we would get glimpses into the past for both Harvey and Mike.”
4- There will be more girl bonding. At the end of season one there was a blossoming friendship between Donna and Rachel. We will see that continue.Sarah Rafferty commented that she is “excited about the way the women interact and about the way the women are written…they’re strong and multi-layered and complicated and real.”
3- Louis Litt’s office includes solo photos of himself
. Despite the humorous aspect of Louis, Rick Hoffman who plays him, seems excited about where his character is headed. He said that “they’ve got him on a roller coaster of many different emotions…It’s just great writing they’ve got going on with this guy. They’re really making him a whole human being.”
2- Will Mike and Rachel be together? When Patrick Adams was asked he replied, “They are writing a ton of good stuff this season. …You’ve got to find that perfect timing like in life when two people can come together and it actually works … I think they’re building it, in a high stakes environment …this relationship’s a hard thing to make work and I think that these two characters are so interested in one another, but don’t want to forfeit what they’ve worked so hard to attain.” Sounds like some love is in the air to me.
1- Meanwhile, when actress Gina Torres was asked about the romantic life of her character Jessica, she replied with “wouldn’t that be great…she's in the office all the time.” She joked that “maybe it was this season that Jessica was finally going to get some.” On a more serious note, Torres seemed to love her character and hoped it would inspire girls to go into law. "I hope that happens and that's where they find their happiness not just because I dress well," she said.

Bonus fun fact. If the new season of Suits isn’t enough for you, there will be webisodes this year!
