Fred Willard caught with his pants down in adult theater, arrested for lewd conduct

Comic actor Fred Willard became the latest actor to be arrested for lewd conduct. The 72-year-old was arrested at a Hollywood adult theater, as police caught him with his pants down.

TMZ reports that the Anchorman actor was found by LAPD undercover vice officers at the Tiki Theater in Hollywood Wednesday night with his pants down and genitals exposed.

According to Radar Online, he was arrested at 8:45pm, booked and had his mug shot taken. He was released shortly thereafter and was “cooperative” with police the whole time. He is due back in court at a later date.

TMZ notes that the films being shown at the theater were Follow Me 2, a parody of The Client List and Step Dad No. 2.

Willard is just the latest celebrity arrested at an adult theater. Perhaps the most famous incident is Pee Wee Herman’s 1991 arrest for indecent exposure in Florida.

The Huffington Post notes that Hugh Grant was arrested for lewd conduct in 1995 when he picked up a prostitute in Hollywood. A few years later, George Michael was found in the middle of a lewd act in a Beverly Hills bathroom.

Willard has starred in films and TV shows like WALL-E, Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle and Everybody Loves Raymond. He is rumored to be working on a film ironically titled The Yank.
