Rapper The Game has confirmed that he has called off his wedding to fiance Tiffney Cambridge. The two were supposed to get married later this month and had even reportedly signed a deal to star in a reality show together.
According to TMZ, The Game and Cambridge were supposed to be married on July 28, but he suddenly decided himself to call off the marriage. He said it had nothing to do with her and it was all his fault.
“The rumors are TRUE,” the rapper, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, tweeted. “The wedding is OFF. It's not her fault, it's mine ! She's a GREAT woman, I just wasn't man enough 2 see it through.”
He continued, “Important message to all men: If you're lucky to have 1/2 of the woman I had... Appreciate her & do everything necessary to keep her happy !”
Next, he apologized to his friends, family and “EVERYONE that this has affected & inconvenienced.”
Finally, he added, “Not everyone has a happy ending.”
Rap-Up reports that The Game and Cambridge have been together for seven years and have a son and one daughter, Cali. He surprised Cambridge at the Inglewood, California school that she teaches at last October by popping the question.
The couple were hoping to make a reality series together, which they pitched to MTV and VH1.
