‘General Hospital’ weekly recap: Week of 7/9-7/13

Sam and John, both drunk, kissed on the docks. But, they pull apart and though both agree that there is something between them, Sam doesn’t want John to betray his family over a drunken kiss. They agree that it never happened and John bid Sam goodbye since he’s returning to Llanview.

Jason saw Sam and John kissing and ran into Elizabeth on the bridge.

Elizabeth and Jason kiss, Jason initiated. But, then he apologized for taking advantage of her. Elizabeth forgave him and told him not to give up on Sam.

Michael and Starr kissed as they watched the fireworks at the Quartermaine mansion. Afterward, he pulled away and apologized. She told him that she wanted him to kiss her and is sorry for putting out mixed signals. They decided to go on a “no-pressure” date and walked off holding hands.

Todd walked in on Carly and Johnny kissing. Todd came to buy out Starr’s contract with Johnny. Todd insulted Johnny in front of Carly and she didn’t like it.

Todd told Johnny that he knows he has a secret. Johnny told Todd likewise.

Maxie accused Patrick of being on drugs. He denied it but Lulu added that she and Maxie looked up the pill he’s taking and know that it’s an amphetamine. Patrick gave them the pills but Lulu told Maxie that getting over drug addiction is not that simple.

Anna almost found Luke in the shack where Heather has been holding him hostage.

The cops find Anthony’s decomposing body in the woods.

Someone looked at pictures of Sam and John kissing on their computer.

It was Heather, who presented the pics to Todd to put in The Sun.
But, Todd won’t publish the photos though he wants to stick it to John, since the kiss shows that he’s cheating on his niece, Natalie, though he doesn’t like her much. “Family is family,” he told Heather. Then, he told her that Sam is “off limits” and to find out Johnny’s secret.

Starr told Johnny that she has Michael on the brain and that they kissed.

Johnny told Starr that Todd came to him wanting to buy out her contract with him. He also told her that she deserves to be happy.

Anna told Delores that she thinks Heather moved Anthony’s body to help Luke because she’s obsessed with him.

Anna said she thinks overlooking Johnny as a suspect in Anthony’s murder is a grave oversight.

Anna called Johnny and asked him to come down to the station and told him that they found Anthony’s body buried in the woods.

Heather installed a camera in Johnny’s office on The Haunted Star.

Starr yelled at Todd for interfering in her life. Starr then made him promise not to hurt Johnny.

Jason took off his wedding ring.

Jason ran into Michael, who told him about his kiss with Starr.

Jason told Michael about seeing Sam and John kissing.

Sam also took off her wedding ring and Kristina saw.

Kristina told Sam that Jason could help her through the grief over losing her son.

Sam told Kristina that she and John kissed.

Kristina begged Sam to put her wedding ring back on and she did.

Steve overheard Elizabeth call Jason and talk about their kiss. He isn’t happy about it. He told Elizabeth that he doesn’t want Jason hurting her again.

Steve was leaving Kelly’s as Jason was walking in. He told him that he doesn’t want him kissing Elizabeth. Sam overheard.

Starr and Michael kissed again on the docks. She told him that Todd tried to buy out her contract with Johnny.

Michael told Starr to stay away from Johnny but she refused to listen.

Heather showed Todd the camera she put in Johnny’s office.

Anna had Heather arrested and brought to the station. She left her purse behind in Todd’s office with Sam’s baby’s paternity test sticking out.

Patrick thanked Maxie for helping with Emma. Maxie asked him again about the pills and he got defensive. She insisted that he set up an appointment with Ewen. Patrick told he will call Ewen for an appointment and thanked her for her concern.

Later, Patrick called Ewen for an appointment but hung up before he answered then he popped another pill.

Sam yelled at Jason after she overheard that he kissed Elizabeth.

Anna called Steve to come down to the station since his mother was arrested.

Jason told Sam that he saw her and John kissing. She maintained that both of them were drunk and that it meant nothing. Sam then told Jason that he could do “whatever you want with your ring…and Elizabeth” and walked away.

Elizabeth encouraged Jason to go after Sam but he told her that it was better this way.

Anna told Dante that Heather buried Anthony’s body.

Heather denied Anna’s accusation.

Heather swore to Steve that she didn’t kill Anthony.

Steve left the station to find Heather an attorney.

Todd saw Johnny, on the camera Heather put in his office, drinking and pushing everything off his desk.

Johnny recalled what Anna said about Anthony’s body.

Carly visited Todd and saw him spying on Johnny. Carly defended Johnny to Todd.

Todd spotted Heather’s purse with the paternity test sticking out and was surprised Heather left the purse behind.

Todd saw Lulu and Johnny hugging on the camera and told Carly.

Carly threatened to dig up dirt on Todd if he doesn’t stop spying on Johnny.

Johnny told Carly that an APB has been issued for Luke.

While Sam was in his office, Heather called Todd from the station and asked him for help or she’ll tell Sam what he did with her baby.

Spinelli called Sam and told her about Heather’s arrest. Sam saw Heather’s purse and wondered what was inside.

Epiphany told Patrick that drugs are missing from the hospital lockup. She accused an orderly named Ramone as being the culprit but Patrick told her that he’s a good kid.

Todd excused Sam from his office. Then, Heather told him that the cops think she buried Anthony’s body and needs an alibi. She then told him that she found someone who looks like Anthony and told Todd to find his phone number in her purse.

Todd looked in Heather’s purse, found the paternity test and realized that Jason NOT Franco is Sam’s baby’s father!

Maxie told Lulu not to worry about Patrick using drugs.

Sam found Heather’s purse and started rummaging through it but Maxie distracted her and then Todd snatched it away from her. Once he left, Sam and Maxie wondered what was going on between Todd and Heather.

Sam and Maxie examined Heather’s purse again and think that Todd took something incriminating out of it.

Maxie asked Sam about Spinelli. Sam in turn told Maxie about her kiss with John and that Jason took off his wedding ring. Maxie told her that a love like hers and Jason’s doesn’t just go away.

Steve called Alexis and asked her to represent Heather but she declined.

Steve told Olivia what the police think Heather did and that he doesn’t believe Heather is guilty.

Olivia told Steve to accept what his mother did and he wondered if she was happy that Heather was arrested. Olivia then told Steve that she just wanted to protect him since he took legal responsibility for Heather’s actions. They hug and Olivia told him that she will help him find a lawyer for Heather.

Alexis walked in while Molly was on the phone with TJ. Alexis was angry that Molly disobeyed her. Molly assured Alexis that nothing happened but she told Molly that she didn’t believe her because she’s been lying.

At Kelly’s, Alexis showed up with Molly while TJ and Shawn were there. Alexis filled Shawn on in about what happened between TJ and Molly at her house. Shawn then told Alexis that he has no problem with TJ and Molly seeing each other as long as there is no drinking and no sex. Alexis then agreed that TJ and Molly can date but with strict rules. TJ and Molly are ecstatic and agreed to Alexis’ terms.

Dante asked Lulu where she had been and she told him she was comforting Johnny. He told her that he thinks her involvement with Johnny looks bad and Lulu wondered if she should quit her job at the PCPD.

Todd came down to the station and demanded to see Heather. Dante refused him access to her. When Todd threatens to use The Sun, Dante let him see Heather. Lulu got angry at Dante and then left.

Todd showed Heather that he found the paternity test. He told her how appalled he was that she made Sam think Franco was her baby’s father.

Michael asked Kristina what he should wear on his date with Starr. She slammed the door in his face.

Trey left a message for Joe Jr. Starr walked in and he told her that he’s worried that his dad is missing. She told him that she can use Todd’s connections to look into it. Trey then showed Starr a medallion he and his dad wear.

Later, Michael showed up for his date with Starr bearing flowers. They both admitted how nervous each was but left holding hands.

In Atlantic City, John visited Joe Jr. in his cell. John told Joe Jr. that Theresa was heading to rehab before he killed her. Joe Jr. maintained he did nothing wrong, that he’s had a legitimate business for 20 years and isn’t in the mob anymore.

Joe Jr. told John that he lost a medallion in the warehouse.

John advised Joe Jr. to take a plea bargain.

Kate visited Sonny at the warehouse. He told her that he had Jason track down Joe Jr., that he wanted to kill him but didn’t and that he’s now in Atlantic City about to stand trial.

Kate told Sonny that she wants to go see Joe Jr. He told her that he didn’t think it was a good idea. He also told her that Joe Jr. said that she threw herself at him all those years ago and that Joe Jr. knows about the baby.

Kristina and Trey showed up and Kate wasn’t happy to see Trey again.

Sonny told Kristina that he doesn’t want her comparing him to Trey. She agreed that they are nothing alike.

Trey found his dad’s medallion in the warehouse.

Anna met with Tracy at the station, told her that Anthony’s body was found and that they have a suspect in custody…it’s Heather.

Anna also told Tracy that there is no physical evidence linking Heather to the crime only the gun that killed Anthony with Tracy and Luke’s fingerprints on it.

Todd almost left the station without helping Heather. Before he did, Heather told him about Luke and how he’ll starve if she isn’t released.

Anna told Heather that Steve was having a hard time finding her a lawyer.

Luke had a hallucination that Lulu found him but is mad that he left Tracy and Anna without an explanation. Then, Anna and Tracy appeared and told him that they don’t need him anymore. Luke then admitted that he loves Tracy but fell for Anna.

Later, someone walks into the shack where Luke is wearing a hockey mask and holding a machete.
