On last night’s episode of Mrs. Eastwood and Company, Morgan and Dina had some disagreements, while Francesca and Tyler thought about taking their relationship to the next level.
Dina and her daughter Morgan are out in town shopping and Morgan explains that she is scared to be with her mom in public because she always embarrasses her. Dina thinks Morgan is too sensitive and gets embarrassed too easily.
Dominic and his wife Jade meet up with Francesca for a surprise. Dom, who never properly proposed to his wife, then does a re-proposal for her in front of a lot of people. This makes Franny start to think about her proposal with Tyler.
Dina and Morgan then drive to a gas station where Dina sees the man in the car in front of them throw a lit cigarette on the ground. The dangerous nature of this situation upsets Dina and she continues to yell out the window to the guy. When he does not respond, Dina gets out of the car and picks up the lit cigarette to throw it away. Morgan, already embarrassed, realizes that two older boys from her high school had been watching the entire time. This sends Morgan into a panic attack where she begs her mother to leave the gas station immediately. Dina is stuck in the line, however, and needs to pass the boys in order to exit. When she passes by the boys she puts the window down and waves to them. This makes Morgan so upset that she immediately begins to cry and argue with Dina.
Dina tries to tell Morgan that she needs to relax and not get so embarrassed of things. Morgan says that it’s different for her because of who her dad is, as she can’t be a normal person. This upsets Dina and she reminds Morgan that she is no different than anyone else.
Franny and Dom meet up with each other for lunch. On the way, Franny suggests that they stop at a jewelry store so that she can try on engagement rings. Dom thinks it is a bad idea, but doesn’t want to tell Franny this because he knows she will not listen to him. He knows that she is just feeling this way because she saw him propose to his wife.
Back at home, Dina is talking to the housekeeper Lisa about the argument she had with Morgan. Dina is very upset by it and feels that she cannot do anything right. She just wants Morgan to be strong like she was and not care about what people think. Lisa explains that sometimes moms have to back off and waving at the boys was wrong of Dina.
Morgan then calls a mentor specialist that she has been speaking to who specializes in mother, daughter relationships. The mentor also explains to Dina that she should not have waved because Morgan asked that she not do it. While the mentor understands why Dina feels the way that she does, she tells Dina that she needs to recognize that people express strength in different ways.
When Franny goes to the Overtone show in LA she talks to Emile before he goes on stage. Emile is having problems with his girlfriend who thinks that Emilie is not around enough. This further makes Franny believe that she is meant to marry Tyler because they do not have these types of problems.
Franny then goes to Tyler’s house because he has made her dinner and has a special surprise for her. When Tyler gives Franny the jewelry box she immediately thinks that it is an engagement ring and is somewhat disappointed when she opens it to find a necklace.
The next day Franny and Tyler go camera shopping and Tyler can tell that something is bothering her. Franny tells Tyler that she thought it was a proposal and he explains that while she is the one he wants to marry, that these things cannot be rushed and if he was going to propose to her it would be much more extravagant than inside his house.
Morgan and Dina also make up while at a horse ranch after Dina picks Morgan up from school.
