Actress Lauren Miller, the wife of actor Seth Rogen, has won her request for a restraining order against a stalker who claims that he hears voices in his head that give him orders.
According to TMZ, Miller had applied for a restraining order against 31-year-old Yasin Ajani, claiming that he had tried to get their maid to let him into their Los Angeles home on the afternoon of July 16. He said that he had a package to deliver and was a friend of the couple.
In the legal documents, Miller says that Ajani talked to their maid, who would not let her in since she thought he was “unstable.” Nevertheless, he decided to hop a fence and laid on a couch in their front yard. Police arrived and he was arrested for trespassing.
Perez Hilton reports that Ajani told police he was hearing “voices” in his head that commanded him to contact Miller.
In the documents, Miller says that she is “fearful that Ajani will continue to stalk me and come to my residence to seek me out. I cannot sleep at night and constantly check through the windows and the surveillance system for Ajani.”
TMZ reports that Ajani was put on hold for 72 hours for a mental health evaluation. He has been ordered to stay 200 yards away from their home and a hearing is scheduled for Aug. 10.
Miller has appeared in several of Rogen’s films, including Superbad, Observe and Report and, most recently, 50/50.
