With so many different kinds of fireworks shows out there, it's hard to choose just one to go to to celebrate your Fourth of July. The burning question, no pun intended, may just be which fireworks shows are worth checking out. Here is a break down of some of the best fireworks displays in the country to make your decision a little easier.
10. Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu, Hawaii
The Turtle Bay Resort in Hawaii puts on a firework show every Fourth of July for it's guests and other visitors in the mood for some Fourth fun. The show only lasts about 10 minutes, but attracts around 2,000 people each year to bask in the glow, literally.
9. Go 4th On the River in New Orleans, Louisiana
This display is about 13 minutes long and attracts a huge crowd every year. The fireworks are shot from two dueling barges, which makes for some added drama and excitement, perfect for New Orelans!
8. Freedom Over Texas in Houston, Texas
A firework show in the heart of Texas is set to live country music. Beforehand there is military memorabilia and other cool events for kids to check out and waste time before the real fun begins. This show is the largest land based fireworks show in the United States; everything really is bigger in Texas.
7. Let Freedom Sing in Nashville, Tennessee
A 30 minute show and over 125,000 viewers make this fireworks show a big hit. The show is about 30 minutes long and is broadcast live every year in the home of country music.

This may not be a fourth of July fireworks celebration, but it's pretty amazing regardless. Shot over the famous space needle in Seattle, this fireworks display attracts many as it represents a new year in a big way.

In Pennsylvania there is an 11 day celebration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence; a party worthy of the birth of the US. This entire festival includes music, food and much more. Finishing off on the Fourth of July is a spectacular fireworks display to commemorate the occasion. The house band for the event will be none other than Jimmy Fallon's house band, The Roots, who are from Philadelphia themselves.
4. Disneyland Fireworks in California
These fireworks happen all year round, but are especially patriotic on the Fourth of July. In a land of magic and dreams, this fireworks display can seem just that, magical and dreamy. Called inspirational, the show is set to patriotic music and displays America's signature colors over and over again to remind viewers just what they are celebrating. Disneyland has other fireworks for holidays like Halloween and New Year's Eve, as well. When no holiday is going on, you can catch a show set to Disney songs and words giving the entire thing a fun theater-like quality.

With over $2.5 million spent on the show, you can bet it's pretty amazing. Attracting about half a million observers each year to the land of the Red Sox, the show takes fireworks to a new level. Fired over Charles River the show features the 1812 overture as well as a fly-over right at the start.
1. Macy's Firework Spectacular in New York City, New York
It's no surprise this fireworks show has been going on for 36 years. The 26 minute firework show takes place across the Hudson River and attracts millions of people. The view is spectacular, as the name suggests, and can be viewed from various points in the city and New Jersey. The show features over 40,000 different types of fireworks. There is a broadcast every year and bunches of stars flock to join in on the festivities. Whether you check it out on TV and head over to the Big Apple itself, this one is a definite must see!
