Top Ten 'Transformers' scenes so far

Transformers (2007), Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) and Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) make up the world famous science fiction series directed by Michael Bay and based on the toy collection made by Takara Tomy and Hasbro. The Transformers franchise follows a band of rag tag giant robots called the Autobots, as they attempt to save Earth from their evil enemies the Decepticons. DreamWorks, Paramount Pictures and United International Pictures distributed these high grossing 3-D animated films. Here are the top ten scenes found in these movies so far:

10. A riveting car chase in the beginning of Transformers between Bumblebee and the police. Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) and his girlfriend Mikaela Banes (Megan Fox) have the ride of their life with their first encounter with an Autobot.

9. Another exciting car chase scene between Sideswipe an Autobot and Sideways a Decepticon in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Sideswipe busts through windows, dodges humans, and slices through cars in this mind bending scene.

8. The battle scene between Optimus and Sentinel in Dark of the Moon, shows the short and sweet death of a traitor. Sentinel feebly attempts to thwart Optimus, however he loses out in the end in this satisfying finale.

7. Optimus Vs Bonecrusher in a crazy highway chase scene, zig zagging between cars. The animation in this scene is unbelievable, with all the damaged car parts flying every where and the road crushing, Optimus saves the day again.

6. In an attempt to protect his girlfriend, Sam successfully dispatches Starscream. This Revenge of the Fallen scene keeps the audience at the edge of their seats as Sam hangs on for his life, while trying to take down Starscream.

5. Scorponok demonstrates his destructive prowess in this fight scene. Scorponok surprises soldiers attempting to protect a small dessert settlement in this scene from Transformers.

4. Bumblebee’s heroic defeat of Soundwave and the destruction of the Decepticon space crafts insuring Soundwave’s demise, grasping another win for the Autobots. Bumblebee’s awe inspiring move to save Sam, demonstrated the importance of friendship in this larger-than-life scene.

3. The opening scene of Revenge of the Fallen, where the massive Decepticon Scorponok, surprises the U.S. Military. A drone flying over first detects Scorponok and the full force of the U.S. Military is unleashed on it.

2. Optimus in Revenge of the Fallen, finds himself locked in a deadly forest battle with Megatron. Megatron seeks to use Sam to find Energon, a source of power for all Transformers. Optimus eventually overcomes Megatron in this epic battle between good and evil.

1. The awe inspiring battle scene between Megatron and Optimus at the end of Dark of the Moon leaves Transformer fans everywhere wondering if Megatron will return from the dead yet again. Optimus manages to kill Megatron in a few destructive swipes and leaves a crumpled Megatron in his wake.
