August 15 is National Relaxation Day, a time to avoid the hustle and stress of every day life. Here are ten ways you could enjoy yourself and relax!

10. Listen to soothing music
Go to a quiet room or put on headphones and enjoy listening to your favorite tunes.

9. Hang in the pool
Grab a float, pour a drink, and enjoy taking in the rays.

8. Take a nap
Curl up into bed or in a hammock outside. Forget your worries and enjoy catching up on some sleep.

Head to the movie theater or pop some popcorn and bring the movies to your living room.

Treat yourself. Improve your mood, reduce stress, refresh your body and mind.
