Holly Madison expecting her first child with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella

Former Girls Next Door star and current star of the burlesque Peep Show in Las Vegas, Holly Madison, is expecting her first child.

Madison, 33, and boyfriend Pasquale Rotella, 38, made the announcement to Us Weekly.

"I've always wanted to be a mom," she told Us, "But I thought it would take longer!"

Madison is 12 weeks along and admits "I've been lucky! No morning sickness, but I do get a little nauseous. It happens before my show, so I keep ginger ale backstage."

According to USA Today, Madison has been dating party promoter Rotella for nine months.

No announcement has been made regarding the fate of her Las Vegas show, which ends December 30.

Madison has opened up about starting the process of adoption, even saying in July "I love performing in the theater and you can't really do that when you're pregnant.”

She tweeted a picture of a fortune cookie that reads “The current year will bring you much happiness” and she wrote as a caption “I think so…”
