Jennifer Aniston wants a prenup, will she and Justin Theroux elope?

Friends actress Jennifer Aniston is reportedly not messing around with her upcoming marriage to actor/director Justin Theroux.

According to AZ Central, Aniston plans on making Theroux sign a prenuptial agreement prior to their big day.

A source reveals, “She wants to make sure all her assets are protected, especially with her track record with men… 'Jen's thrilled to be getting married but she's leaving nothing to chance.”

The Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle actor proposed to Aniston, his girlfriend of nearly a year over his 41st birthday dinner. Although the ring has not been photographed, reports state that Theroux proposed with a nearly 8 carat Emerald cut ring.

Aniston and Theroux have received congrats from Brad Pitt, Aniston’s ex-husband. The actor reportedly called to congratulate the two, expressing how happy he was that his former wife has found love again.

Whether or not fans will see photos of a beautiful wedding is uncertain. According to People, the couple is so low key, they may even end up eloping rather than putting on a high-profile wedding.
