Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries' lawyers to appear in court to decide if divorce will go to trial

By Gina DiFalco,

On Wednesday, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ lawyers will appear in court to try and move the divorce case forward.

Humphries has been hesitant to sign the papers, and sources tell TMZ that the former couple’s prospective lawyers will need to appear in front of the judge with how the intend on settling the case or why they want to move it to trial.

Although there was a pre-nuptial agreement set in place, which gave Humphries essentially nothing in the divorce, he reportedly refuses to sign divorce papers.

The New Jersey Nets player is reported to be hell bent on exposing Kardashian for what he says she is – a fraud.

According to Entertainmentwise, it’s likely that if Humphries pushes forward with fraud accusations, then the judge could send the case to trial.

Kardashian is said to want to put an end to her 72-day marriage to Humphries and move on with her life with boyfriend Kanye West.
