Lady Gaga has revealed the title of her next album by getting it tattooed on her arm.
The “Born This Way” singer posted a picture of herself showing off the tattoo on her Twitter account, along with the image and the caption "New ink new album.”
The letters "ARTPOP" can be seen on her right arm, which she says stands for "Artistic Revolution Through the Potential of Pop."
On Sunday, she wanted to clarify, "Make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title, it's all in the details good morning twitter!"
E! Online reports that over the weekend, Gaga participated in a chat with her fans, where she tried to explain the meaning of the album.
“ARTPOP could mean anything," she mused. "Pop art was a movement in the '70s that is still alive now. "
Gaga also tweeted a picture of what is believed to be lyrics of her new song "We could we could belong together. ARTPOP."
