Man in alleged photo of Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy in Nashville is just her brother

A photo that was believed to show Taylor Swift introducing Conor Kennedy to her parents in Nashville is actually just a family gathering with her parents and her brother.

The interest in the photo started when it was tweeted by Swift fansite TheSwiftys, which claimed that the boy with curly hair who had his back to the camera was Conor Kennedy.

According to The New York Post, the photo was taken by Swift fan Tarah Allen Wiegmann, who tweeted to TheSwiftys that her mother took the photo on Father’s Day in June, a month before Swift was linked to Conor.

TheSwiftys apologized for not crediting Wiegmann, noting that they only found it on Tumblr. Still, Wiegmann doesn’t seem to mind that her photo is all over the Internet and now part of the story.

Swift’s rep confirmed to People that Wiegmann’s photo shows Swift meeting her parents and brother at a restaurant on Father’s Day.

Even though Conor wasn’t in the June picture, People reports that some fans saw them together this week in Nashville. A country music blog did report that the two were seen together at several restaurants. They did get to enjoy some time alone, although some fans did approach them to say hello.
