Mel Gibson dating Italian singer Nadia Lanfranconi

Mel Gibson was photographed rubbing the shoulders of a woman who is suspected to be his new girlfriend. The woman in question is Italian singer Nadia Lanfranconi. The affectionate interaction was caught at the restaurant Morels in Hollywood.

Lanfranconi spent most of her life in Lake Como, Italy, but moved to Los Angeles back in 2007. Outside of music, the songstress has also dabbled in other fields, including modeling, art and acting. According to The Daily Mail, she modeled for F Me Jeans in a controversial and revealing ad campaign.

This is not the first time Gibson, 56, has dated someone much younger than him or a musician from another country. In fact, Gibson used to be in a relationship with Oksana Grigorieva, a Russian pianist and singer. The relationship deteriorated and resulted in domestic violence allegations against Gibson and a heated custody battle over their daughter.

However, TMZ reports the relationship between Gibson and Lanfranconi is not “serious.”
