Robert Pattinson to give interview

Actor Robert Pattinson is set to give his first interview since the scandal centering on his former girlfriend and Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart.

Stewart was photographed in late July embracing Rupert Sanders, who directed her in Snow White and the Huntsman.

Since that time, many Twilight fans have expressed their disappointment with the actress.

Pattinson is set to appear on Good Morning America to promote his latest movie, Cosmopolis.

It is now known if questions regarding Stewart will be permitted.

The film is directed by David Cronenberg and co-stars Samantha Morton and Juliette Binoche. Pattinson plays a billionaire who becomes self-destructive while going through Manhattan in his limousine.

Since the scandal, Pattinson was reportedly at a ranch owned by actress Reese Witherspoon, whom he co-starred with in Water for Elephants (2011).

On Friday, he was spotted at a bar called Deer Lodge with friends.

“I've been told by several people that Robert Pattinson was here enjoying the music with his friends,” an employee said. “He seemed in good spirit. I wasn't on that night so I didn't personally see him, but several others did.”

Stewart is upset by her transgressions and is at the reportedly home of producer Giovanni Agnelli. Sources say Pattinson is displeased with Stewart’s decision to go there in the aftermath of the scandal.
