Before Jersey Shore stars Snooki and JWoww started filming their MTV spin-off in Jersey City, New Jersey, the dynamic duo got rejected from Hoboken and Newark.
Mayor Cory Booker said at the time about Newark that he appreciates their “desire to film and capture the essence of our great city,” but "I hope you can appreciate that my first priority is the safety and well-being of citizens and visitors.”
Now that Season 2 has been greenlighted, the girls and the production company 495 Productions are on the hunt for a new home to film another season.
But according to E! News, the girls are running into the same problems.
Both the Point Pleasant Beach Council and Toms River have voted against having the reality stars film in their cities next season.
So far, the location of the second season is unknown, but Snooki says “It would probably be up to my labor and [my baby] being born.”
