Top 10 'True Blood' Sex Scenes

When you think about True Blood, chances are you think of two things: hot vampires, and crazy sex scenes that literally could only be shown on HBO, so good thing it is. So in honor of everyone’s favorite R-rated vampire show, here’s a list of some of the sex scenes throughout the series! There are definitely a bunch more that are crazy and hot and intense, but here's just a few to get your pallet wet, so to speak.

10. Remember when Jason Stackhouse was hooked on “V” and was dating that very hippie-ish girl Amy? Well pretty much any sex scene they had while both completely high on the vampire blood was insane. He doesn’t mess around when it comes to these things, or I suppose he does mess around and that’s how he got the reputation he did?

9. Tara and Franklin do it. Franklin basically controlled Tara and thought they were meant to be. Unfortunately,Tara did not feel the same way about him. In one scene where the two have sex, Franklin is in complete control of her and it is not exactly what you would call a romantic scene between two lovers.

8. Eric wants to stake Talbot, but what does he have to do first? Have sex with him, of course! In the middle of a deep conversation, Talbot just tells Eric to take off his clothes and they proceed to have sex until things take a turn for the dramatic.

7. It’s a freaking orgy! Remember Maryann, the creepy woman who wasn’t really a woman, who liked to cause chaos and drama everywhere she went? Well, she basically causes a town-wide orgy causing everyone to have sex whenever she seems to think it is fit. Only in True Blood could this scene be considered just another plot point!

6. Going back to Jason for a second; he is the town playboy, and most, if not all of his sex scenes on the show are hot and intense. This scene in particular is pretty intense when Jessica and him finally get together and have sex in the back of his truck. Always classy, Jason!

5. Jessica gets de-flowered for a second time? Jessica became a vampire before she lost her virginity, and because she is a vampire, anything that gets broken, gets put back together again. Basically, she is an eternal virgin. So, when Hoyt and her have sex for a second time, it hurts all over again and she realizes what that means and that she’s stuck forever.

4. Finally, the sexual tension got to both of them and they caved...Eric and Sookie had sex! Personally, this scene could not come soon enough for me (Bill was getting on my nerves a tad!). And then they do it a bunch more times. If you are a team Bill fan, I’m sorry this is on the list, but it is because, let’s face it, Anna Paquin and Alexander Skarsgard together is just ridiculous!

3. In the beginning of the series, they make it very clear that Sookie is a virgin. In this scene she finally loses her virginity to Bill. The scene is tame for True Blood and in case you didn’t know she was pure, she wears a white night gown right up until they do the deed. Once this scene is over, Bill and Sookie just do it everywhere, and it is never this sweet and innocent again.

2. Bill’s creator, Lorena was a downright crazy vampire. When Bill and Lorena have angry hate sex after he realizes he needs to join Mississippi to save Sookie, it is a bit weird and a lot of crazy. Bill has some intense feelings during this scene and it’s just very twisted, hate sex...but we do expect that from True Blood, don’t we?

1. And finally, no list would be complete with out the de-virginizing of Sookie!! When Sookie finds out Bill isn’t dead they do it in the cemetery. Not in a car in the cemetery or even a bench, the actual cemetery on the dirt surrounded by gravestones. Kind of cool if you’re into necrophilia, but I’m pretty sure that he’s not even 100 percent out of the grave. I guess she was just really relieved to have her vampire love back, although waiting until he cleaned up and they found a bed wouldn’t have been horrible.
