Vanessa Marcil files for divorce from Carmine Giovinazzo

Vanessa Marcil filed for divorce from her husband, CSI:NY star Carmine Giovinazzo.

TMZ reports that she filed the documents in L.A. County Superior Court, and cited "irreconcilable differences” for their split.

The 90210 star asked her ex to pay spousal support. She also requested that he pay for her attorney’s fees.

This is Marcil’s second marriage. She was married to The Lost Boys’ Corey Feldman for four years.

The couple wed two years ago and have no children together. Marcil has a 10-year-old son from her previous relationship with Brian Austin Green.

Green and Marcil dated for four years before breaking up in 2003. He sued her last January, wanting the $200,000 he loaned her. She fired back at him in March, claiming that “there never was an agreement between the parties, written or otherwise.”

Green is now expecting his first child with Megan Fox.

Giovinazzo revealed on Marcil’s twitter back in December that they suffered two miscarriages.

No word on if that was a factor in the divorce.
