50 Cent partners up with Manny Pacquiao to create a boxing promotion company

That’s right! Rapper 50 Cent is expanding his resume and joining forces with Manny Pacquiao to create a boxing promotion company.

This may come as a total shock to many, seeing that 50 Cent and Manny’s arch nemesis Floyd Mayweather are supposed to be best friends.

50 Cent created a boxing promotions team last July called The Money Team but got dismantled after its clients signed to the company went over to Floyd’s boxing company, Mayweather Promotions, according to News One.

Sources close to 50 Cent revealed that his relationship with Floyd became strained.

There is no official name for the new boxing promotion company yet, but according to Manny’s rep, Michael Koncz, the company will allow people to experience more entertainment.

Koncz told Boxing Scene, “I think with 50 Cent, his entertainment connections and his popularity there, combining that with Manny’s popularity and expertise in boxing—we can bring a new flavor to boxing.”
