Adele can’t wait to meet new baby, channels excitement into new music

Adele is gearing up to become a new mom, and she couldn’t be more excited about taking on diaper duties.

The Fraser Coast Chronicle reports that the Grammy-winning singer, who is expecting her first bundle of joy with fiancé Simon Konecki, has been busy making baby preparations, as well as working on new songs.

According to Us Weekly, a source said Adele is “lying low and focusing on becoming a mom,” adding, “The baby is healthy and she’s so excited!”

But she also has even more to be excited about, as the source also revealed that the “Someone Like You” singer was busy mapping out new songs for her next album. “The pregnancy has had a big impact on her songwriting,” an insider shared.

If Adele is half as good at parenting as she is at making number one hits, the soon-to-be first time mom shouldn’t have any troubles raising her sure-to-be adorable little baby.
