The Jonas Brothers caught up with reporters at the iHeart Radio Music Festival on Saturday to confirm that they will be releasing a new single very, very soon.
MTV News reports that after taking a break from the Jo Bro franchise to pursue individual projects, the brothers are back in action and ready to take the music scene by storm. Although an official release date for the new song hasn’t been set, Kevin made sure to say that the single would be released “as soon as possible.”
And what can you expect from the new, sure-to-be-hit song? “It’s a ‘Get-up-and-then-sit-down-and-then-dance’ [single],” Joe revealed. Nick went on to clarify, saying, “It’s something that people can dance to that also puts them in a place, brings them to a certain atmosphere, gives them a vibe about the seasons that we’ve been through these last three years in sort of doing our own thing.”
In August, the Jonas Bros appeared on the Today Show to announce that they have been working on a new album. But - even more exciting – Kevin, Nick, and Joe revealed that they were reuniting for a single concert on Oct. 11 at Radio City Music Hall.
Nick said the decision to reunite as brothers was easy. “The time was so right for us because we fulfilled things we wanted to do on our own, came back together… it felt like the right time in our lives, as well.”
Finally, the Jo Bros are back!
