Gritty pop princess Ke$ha released "Die Young," the lead single off of her upcoming album Warrior, on Tuesday. The includes Ke$ha's signature spoken rap style, along with an club-ready electropop beat.
Keeping in line with Ke$ha’s previous party anthems, "Die Young" includes Facebook-status-ready lyrics like "Young hearts, out our minds/ Runnin' like we outta time/ Wild childs, lookin' good/ Livin' hard just like we should.”
According to MTV, the track was co-written by Fun. singer Nate Ruess, who has seen a recent rise in popularity thanks to mega-hits “We Are Young” and “Some Nights.”
"Die Young" is the singer's first new song in almost two years. Ke$ha released Cannibal in November 2010, which sparked major radio hits like "We R Who We R" and "Blow."
Warrior is set to hit stores and iTunes on November 30.
