Khloe Kardashian Odom has opened up about wanting to start a family with her NBA star husband, Lamar Odom, since they got married in 2009.
But Khloe hasn’t been ready to talk about it publicly until this season of her family’s reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. On a recent episode, Khloe went to a fertility clinic with her sister Kim, who wanted to find out more information about freezing her eggs. While there, Khloe found out from her doctor that she hadn’t ovulated that month.
She appeared on Good Morning America Thursday with her sisters Kourtney and Kim and spoke to Lara Spencer about her struggles to conceive a child.
“My mom has so many kids, and Kourtney pops them out like a PEZ dispenser, so you think it's, like, so easy," she said, according to Us Weekly. "You realize it's not as easy as you might think.”
She added of documenting her struggles on TV "was really hard,” but “I feel like I'm helping a lot of people, but I'm still figuring it out for myself."
Khloe, 28, also showed appreciated towards Kim for "pushing me to do that, because I was kind of like, 'I just don't want to know.' You do have to know.”
She added:
"Kim made a good point: 'You can't run from your problem.' So it's better to know what's going on."
Hollywood Life reported that Khloe is now admitting that she’s going through fertility treatments to help her get pregnant.
"It's trial and error. You got put on hormones and see if they work, and if they don't, you move to the next step. There will be a part two coming up to this season, which airs this Sunday. You will find out more of the in-depth treatments that I've been doing, but it's really trial and error."
