Tom Bergeron, the host of Dancing with the Stars, won the best reality host Emmy award on Sept. 23 for hosting a prime-time show. Kirstie Alley was particularly excited.
Bergeron beat out Ryan Seacrest of American Idol and Cat Deeley of So You Think You Can Dance, according to EW's InsideTV. But his congratulatory kiss from Alley came a day later.
On the premiere of Dancing with the Stars on Sept. 24., Alley was so excited, according to Us Magazine, she planted a kiss right on Bergeron’s lips after she finished her dance with her dance partner.
To Bergeron’s surprise, Alley said, “That’s for the Emmy!”
The first episode of Dancing with the Stars is always one to remember. Each dancer needs to put their “A” game in on the first episode to keep their name in the judges’ favor. Alley only got a score of 19 out of 30 with her dancing partner, Maks Chmerkovskiy.
