Kristin Cavallari clears up tweets about Nick Lachey’s new baby’s name

Kristin Cavallari had to clear up some confusion about her tweets this morning, after it was announced that singer Nick Lachey and his wife welcomed their first baby, Camden John Lachey.

According to People, the Hills star, who gave birth to her own son, Camden Jack, last month, tweeted this morning, “Apparently Camden is a popular name!”

She later said that she didn’t mean it to sound “b**chy.”

“By the way that wasn't a b**chy tweet at all,” she wrote. “I obviously love the name and I'm glad other people do too.”

Cavallari has known the 98 Degrees singer since 2006 and has always denied that they were anything more than friends. However, People reports that they did briefly date after he split from his first wife, Jessica Simpson. Cavallari is currently engaged to quarterback Jay Cutler.

Nick and Vanessa welcomed their son Camden Wednesday. “We are incredibly proud to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Camden John Lachey. Born today at 6:54 pm. He came into this world at 8lbs 9oz and 21 inches. Love has truly been redefined for both of us,” the couple said in a statement.
