Lindsay Lohan arrested again in New York City for hitting pedestrian

Just days ago Lindsay Lohan called out Amanda Bynes on her legal problems but early Wednesday morning Lohan got caught up in the law again. The starlet was arrested in New York City after allegedly running over a pedestrian in an alley.

Yahoo! reports that after speaking with authorities and after hitting the pedestrian, Lohan and her companions got out to check on the 34-year-old male. After speaking with the male victim, Lohan decided to leave the scene in her Porsche Cayenne SUV and proceed to her hotel.

E! notes that police were tipped about the incident and waited outside Dream Hotel and arrested Lohan after she exited after 2:00am. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injuries. Lohan was cooperative with authorities as she was placed in handcuffs and put in the back of a police car and taken to the precinct. Lohan was released about 4:30am this morning.

The victim says he suffered a knee injury due to the accident and was admitted and released from the hospital. The victim's name has yet to be released.

Alcohol and drugs are not believed to be involved in the accident.

Lindsay was just recently cleared of all charges involving a jewelry theft. Too bad, Lohan just can’t seem to keep the law off her back.
