Madonna dedicates song to Lady Gaga at concert, says 'imitation is the highest form of flattery'

By Gina DiFalco,

The Madonna/Lady Gaga feud is pressing on, as Madonna has taken another jab at the “Born This Way” singer, who has been accused of imitating her style and music.

Madonna was performing in Atlantic City, New Jersey when she told the crowd she would be dedicating her song “Masterpiece” to Gaga.

“I'm going to dedicate this next song … to Lady Gaga," Madonna announced, HitFix reports. "You wanna know something? I love her. I love her. I do love her. Imitation is the highest form of flattery. But one day, very soon, we're going to be on stage together. Just you wait. You think I'm kidding? I love Lady Gaga."

Meanwhile, Gaga has stayed relatively silent when it comes to Madonna. Her good friend, Elton John, however, who has had his own feud going with Madonna for quite some time, hasn’t.

He said in an interview that the 56-year-old “looks like a f****** fairground stripper,” and that her “career is over,” The Sun reports.

He added "She's been so horrible to Gaga.” Gaga is his son’s godmother.
