Quincy Jones denies casino mogul threatened to kill 'Girls Gone Wild' producer

Music mogul Quincy Jones denied telling Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis that casino owner Steve Wynn threatened to kill Francis.

Jones testified Thursday against the soft-core porn producer's defamation trial.

In a game of he-said-she-said, Francis alleged that Jones warned him that Wynn threatened to kill Francis with a shovel and “bury him in the desert,” according to the Associated Press.

But Jones said those conversations never happened.

When asked if he told Francis that Wynn was a “gangster,” Jones replied, “That sounds like a line from Scarface.”

According to the NY Daily News Wynn claimed that Francis spread word of the rumored threats because of a $2 million gambling debt Francis owes Wynn.

The music legend had wanted Francis to settle the debt so badly that Jones refused participate in Francis’ 2010 wedding.

“I said if you don't settle this with Steve, because it's stupid, if you don't settle it, I'm not coming," Jones said.

He also admitted to feeling that he was dragged into the dispute due to his friendship with Wynn and living across the street from Francis.

“I was trying to just make peace,” he explained.
