Hip Hop legend DMX appeared on MTV’s RapFix to promote his album Undisputed, but when asked about Aaliyah’s posthumous album under the direction of Drake, he had some choice words for Drizzy.
DMX has let it be known on many occasions that he isn’t fond of Drake or anything he does.
He told Sway Calloway, “I’m kinda feelin’ some kinda way about the fact that [Drake] been commissioned, that you been blessed, you’ve been given the opportunity to do the Aaliyah album yet you don’t include anybody that she worked with personally,” reports MTV.
DMX then started to poke fun at how redundant Drake sounds in all his songs, citing that his voice sounds like a washing machine.
DMX continued saying, “What part of the game is that? How do you do that? How do you disregard what this woman did? What this beautiful angel did?...How do you just go with it? Your balls ain’t that big,” according to Rolling Stone.
DMX appeared jittery throughout the interview, mainly because he spoke about his mother, whom he hasn’t spoken to in eight years.
DMX has revealed that he collaborated with Machine Gun Kelly on a record called “I Don’t Dance”, which is featured on his seventh studio album Undisputed.
