Sarah Palin recently debuted a slimmer figure, and now the former governor of Alaska is announcing that she’s writing a fitness book with her famous family.
Palin, former vice presidential nominee, is excited to announce that she’s working on a book that will teach readers self-discipline when it comes to food.
Describing it as "our unique and motivating book,” Palin, 48, says "Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods!" in an email to People.
She went on to say "We promise you what we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy.”
Not only has Palin shed some pounds recently, but her daughter Bristol, a competitor on the all-star season of Dancing with the Stars, has also lost some weight.
Contact Music reports that there has been no official announcement about who will be publishing the book and if there’s a release date yet.
