Jack Osbourne helped saved a woman's life in Hawaii while celebrating his honeymoon with Lisa Stelly.
PEOPLE reported Osbourne was not the woman's lone savior, but came to her aid with help.
Osbourne wrote on his facebook page, "I was approached by a family member telling me he had just seen a woman being pulled out of the water who'd drowned."
Osbourne then grabbed his friend Tyler, a former army operator, and the two switched off giving the unconscious woman CPR.
The TV personality further stated, "I am not an EMT or paramedic, but I have assisted in resuscitating individuals in the past."
E! News reported on Stelly's reaction who said she was proud of her new husband and their friend Tyler for saving the woman's life.
Stelly tweeted, "They resuscitated her until the ambulance came. We just found out she's in a stable condition! Awesome!"
Rumors circulated online claiming Osbourne was taking full credit for the woman's rescue, however he debunked those rumors when stated he switched off giving CPR.
Osbourne remarked, "The last thing I want to do is take all of the credit when in fact there were a few people who helped save her life."
