This was certainly not the way Justin Bieber planned to start his tour for Believe. The pop superstar threw up on stage.
Bieber started the tour in Glendale, Arizona Saturday night and the concert got off to a great start for the 18-year-old. But halfway through, his stomach began getting a little uneasy and while performing “Out of Town Girl,” he turned away from the stage. He bent over and gave his fans a look at one piece of Bieber memorabilia they probably never wanted to see.
He vomited all over the center stage, then ran off while his dancers continued performing. According to The Hollywood Reporter, after the mess was cleaned up, he returned and told the crowd, “I'm sorry, I'm going to slow things down.”
His next song was “Fall,” which required him to get on a crane that brought him closer to the crowd.
Later, he ran off stage again. When he returned, he told the crowd, “It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people. Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?”
“Yes!” the crowd yelled back.
On Sunday, Bieber took to Twitter to explain what went wrong. “And .... Milk was a bad choice! Lol,” he wrote.

Bieber’s tour takes him to Los Angeles next. He’ll continue touring non-stop until April, so he should probably lay off the milk.
