Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to daughter Penelope Scotland Disick on July 8 and has since been working hard to lose the baby weight. And the star reveals that she’s already lost 15 pounds of the 45 she gained, assuring she didn’t do anything drastic to get there.
Kourt told Us Weekly in August, “When I’m here around the house, I just eat healthy. After I had Mason and was breastfeeding, I craved sweets, so I ate a box of Nilla Wafers a day. But I haven’t done that this time.”
A source told Us that this time around, Kourt snacks on edamame. The star also stays active, being spotted in Miami working out on the beach with pals. And more recently the busy mom-of-two tweeted about a morning jog with younger sis Kim, saying it was “an amazing way to start the day.”
"Kim, Larsa and I did a morning beach workout! I am so taking advantage of having the beach to workout at while we are in Miami," she wrote on her Celebuzz blog. Such an amazing way to start the day.
