Lindsay Lohan as had a political change of heart.
Although she once supported President Obama, Lohan, 26, told reporters at the Mr. Pink Ginseng Drink Launch Party in L.A. on Thursday night, "I think unemployment is very important for now, so as of now I think (my vote) is Mitt Romney."
She also told Fox News that there seemed to be an underlying motive for that change of heart, which she wasn’t willing to discuss.
She did tweet Obama last month, requesting he "cut taxes for those who need it: middle-class families, small businesses " and "those that are listed on Forbes as 'millionaires'."
"It's a long story, but you're going to have to wait for that," she said about changing her mind, adding she didn’t watch the Vice Presidential debate last night.
Meanwhile, Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan is blaming his daughter’s blowout fight with her mom, Dina Lohan, on his ex-wife.
“This is just another manipulation by Dina to control Lindsay. Dina is just using Lindsay to cover her tracks” he told TMZ about Lindsay’s outrage that he leaked his phone conversation with his daughter when the fight was happening. Lindsay is so mad over it that she swore he’s dead to her.
Lindsay is now retracting her comments that her mom was high on cocaine at the time, and Michael asks "Why is it that every time someone nails Dina doing something wrong, either on camera or on tape, they are always lying."
UPDATE: It seems that Lohan isn't even registered to vote, according to E! Online.
