Taylor Swift and No Doubt are among the acts who will perform at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards in Frankfurt, Germany.
MTV announced that Muse was also confirmed to perform at the awards, which take place on Nov. 11. The British rock band has performed at the EMAs in the past and their performance follows the release of their The 2nd Law Album.
“I've always wanted to go to the EMA, because you hear about the spectacle of it, and how everyone just goes all out for their performances,” Swift said about her debut EMA performance in a statement. “To be nominated for five EMAs was the most exciting feeling, and I was absolutely blown away. I can't wait to be there this year and perform on the show!”
Swift recently scored a hit with “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and her Red album will be out on Oct. 22.
No Doubt, which recently reunited for their first studio album since 2001, called the awards “massive,” reports Billboard. “Everyone is in top form. It's going to be an amazing time and a chance for us to show to the world why we're so proud of our new album. And it's always awesome to do what we love most, which is play live. We're really excited to be a part of it.”
