As the presidential election nears, it’s interesting to see where our favorite celebrities stand. Check out our list of the top 10 celebrity supporters of the Democratic Party.

10. Eminem: The controversial rapper – who ironically sings lyrics condemning women and homosexuals – came out as a supporter of President Barack Obama in 2008, even going as far as to bash George W. Bush in a music video where he raps of his “plan to ambush this Bush administration.”

9. Kevin Bacon: The actor told reporters in April that he feels Obama has “made a difference,” adding that he fully supports Mr. President’s vision for the country and will vote to re-elect him in November.

8. Faith Hill: Not only did the country crooner perform at Obama’s inaugural celebration, Hill donated $7,500 to the Democratic National Committee in 2004, as well as $5,000 to the president’s campaign in 2008.

7. Hugh Hefner: In the May 2012 issue of Playboy, the mogul blasted “repressive conservatives,” accusing them of “pounding on America’s bedroom door.” Hefner went on to express his distaste at the way Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney plan to tackle issues of birth control and same-sex marriage.

6. Natalie Portman: Publicly voicing her disapproval of George W. Bush in 2004, Portman said, “If people are for Bush – the president with the most days of vacation than any president – I think if you really love him, give him a long vacation.” Unsurprisingly, the actress is a huge proponent of marriage equality.

5. Regis Philbin: The legendary talk show host often butted heads with former co-host Kathie Lee Gifford on political opinion – as she was a die-hard Republican. Philbin is also said to have donated $1,000 to Democrat Bill Bradley’s presidential campaign.

3. Leonardo Dicaprio: In 2008, the actor donated a whopping $38,000 directly to Obama’s campaign. For the upcoming election, Dicaprio has handed over $5,000 for the president’s re-election efforts.
