Former Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick was not invited to help “Restore the Shore” for Friday’s telethon, and the scorned guidette is upset over the lack of invite.
"I remain uninvited to participate ... even after attempts to contact the organizers by my management team,” she tells TMZ. Angelina states that the telethon is something she truly wanted to be a part of as her friends and family were deeply affected by Hurricane Sandy which devastated the east coast on October 29.
She calls the lack of compassion from the team a “sore reminder of how I have been treated in the past.” Continuing she notes, "This is a time where they should suck it up and stand on one side of the room and let me be there. I am very hurt by this."
As we previously reported, Snooki, Pauly D and Deena Cortese were just three of the many MTV family that joined together for Friday’s telethon. The Jersey Shore cast was faced with images of Sandy’s wrath that destroyed Seaside Heights, N.J. - one of the show's primary hangout spots.
According to TMZ, calls for comment from MTV were not returned.
