Another one of Two and a Half Men’s original stars is slamming the show, telling fans to just stop watching what he calls “filth.” Angus T. Jones, who has played the ‘half’ in the show’s title since it started, is telling viewers to walk away from the long-running show.
“If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men,” he says, reports The Huffington Post. “I'm on Two and a Half Men, and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it, please stop filling your head with filth.”
“People say it’s just entertainment,” he continues. “Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you, you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch on television. It's bad news.”
Deadline reports that Jones is paid $300,000 per episode to star on the long-running sitcom, which airs on CBS.
Warner Bros. TV, which produces the show, and CBS have not commented on the video.
Of course, Jones is the second of the three main Two and a Half Men actors to slam the show. Last year, when Charlie Sheen went on his infamous tirade that ultimately resulted in his firing, he called the show “dribble,” a “pukefest” and other choice words. Sheen has since been replaced by Ashton Kutcher.
