Anthony Bourdain has eaten his fair share of dishes from all over the world.
While on Piers Morgan’s Piers Morgan Tonight on Tuesday night, Bourdain was there to promote his new CNN show Parts Unknown, and the conversation shifted to Moran asking Bourdain what the grossest meal he ever ate was.
“The fermented shark in Iceland, their beloved national holiday dish," he said, The Huffington Post reports. "That's a WMD."
As for the best, and what he would choose as his last meal on earth (which he said he would want to eat alone) is a "very traditional Edo-style sushi from Jiro Ono at his restaurant in Tokyo, at his sushi bar.”
He added, "If you shot me behind the ear right after my last bite there, I would go without complaint.”
Zap2it reports that Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown is set to air in the spring, and the network has released a trailer of it.
