Bill Condon talks 'Breaking Dawn-Part 2' ending, calls it 'fetishitic'

Twilight fans need only wait one week till the epic conclusion in the vampire saga hits theaters. Director Bill Condon revealed his plans for completing the film will feel like “a real movie.”

Condon sat down with Celebuzz where he discussed the highly anticipated film. “It feels like a real movie as opposed to a Twilight movie. This one was more of a traditional, really heart-moving kind of tentpole movie,” he explained.

He adds, “Getting inside Twilight, it’s almost its own genre. Certainly, the first movie was like that,” he explained. “It takes time to slow down for thing other movies don’t. It becomes almost fetishitic.”

Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner will come together one last time when the film hits theaters next week. Pattinson also spoke out on the final film, noting the sex scenes and how ridiculous he felt trying to portray “the greatest vampire sex you ever had.”

“The sex scene in this one is pretty ridiculous. It's just because you're kind of shooting stuff to be PG-13, and so it's just trying to think of inventive ways to try to make something sexy,” he explained at the time.

Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn-Part 2 will hit theaters next Friday, Nov. 16.
